This is a treasure store. The food is delicious. Sushi is the cheapest in New Jersey. What amazes me most is that the fried rice and chicken wings are very delicious. The assorted fried rice is delicious. I have a little fried rice every time. This restaurant is worth recommending.👍👍👍

The only thing that was good out of my $80.00 order was the crab Rangoon burrito. We ordered wings, dumplings, sushi , regular crab rangoons & the burrito. Everything else was subpar and not good at all & that's usually never the case with Chinese / sushi.. I never throw out or waste food and I did that with this order, the dumpling sauce was not good , the Rangoons barley had filling & the sushi is not fresh and the ratio is just wrong , so disappointing, no sushi soy sauce was even given, which made the sushi stand out that much more.. I drove over 30 mins for this. 2.5/10.

Loved everything from Liu’s Kitchen! Got the Giant Salmon Nigiri, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, and Scallion Pancake Crab Rangoon Burritos for lunch - the service was efficient and every bite was delicious. Would definitely come back again!

Tucked near a hot yoga studio, Liu's Kitchen is easy to miss…but worth finding. The atmosphere might feel a bit underwhelming at first, but the food more than makes up for it. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care & the crab Rangoon burrito is an absolute must-try. If you're in the Brick area and focused on great food over ambiance, this hidden spot is definitely worth a visit!!

Wife and I wanted to do a quick stop to eat sushi. Usually we order out, but it was great to quickly stop and eat in house. Had to figure it out since it was so busy, but easy touch screen order. Everyone was so nice and service was still great. It is a designed take out but they still made us quite happy. Food was delicious, portions as usual were great.
